Return and Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that every product meets your expectations. However, if you find yourself in a situation where a return is necessary, please carefully review the following guidelines, as returns are subject to specific conditions and procedures that must be followed to ensure proper processing.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns will only be considered within 14 calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery, as determined by the tracking information provided at the time of shipment.
  • The item in question must be in its original, unused, and pristine condition, meaning it has not been assembled, modified, damaged, or subjected to any wear and tear beyond what is necessary to inspect the product upon receipt.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, inserts, and any other components that were originally included. Failure to include all items may result in a partial refund or denial of the return.
  • Final sale items, custom-made parts, clearance items, or personalized orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.

Initiating a Return

  • Customers must submit a return request via email before sending the item back. The request should include the order number, reason for return, and photographic evidence proving the product is in its original, unused state.
  • Once the return request is reviewed and pre-approved, a return authorization number will be issued. Returns sent without prior authorization may be rejected or subject to additional processing delays.
  • The customer is solely responsible for return shipping costs, and it is highly recommended that a trackable and insured shipping method is used. Lost or damaged returns due to inadequate shipping methods will not be eligible for a refund. 
  • Refund Process  Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 10 business days after the return has been received, thoroughly inspected, and approved. However, depending on the financial institution, it may take additional time for funds to reflect in the customer’s account.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and in cases where free shipping was applied to the order, an equivalent shipping charge will be deducted from the refund total.
  • Any return that does not fully comply with the outlined terms may be subject to additional deductions or rejection.

Exchanges & Replacements

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If a different item is desired, a new order must be placed separately.
  • If an item arrives damaged due to shipping carrier mishandling, a damage claim must be filed directly with the carrier before initiating any return process with us.

Additional Considerations

  • Any attempt to return an item outside the 14-day window will be automatically rejected, and the item may be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that appears to be fraudulent, excessive, or in violation of our stated return policy.
  • Policy terms are subject to change without prior notice, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review these terms before making a purchase.
