About Mechworks3d

Kirby Mills – Founder

Kirby began his career in the machine-tool industry in 1986, designing and manufacturing precision carbide tooling for the automotive, aerospace, currency-counting, and railroad sectors. Using state-of-the-art 7-axis grinding machines, he transformed raw carbide blanks into mission-critical tools trusted around the world.

All the machine-tool CNC grinding and design work was done through Mills Tool Inc.—his own company.
